2. To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 18 November 2020 as a true record (copy attached)
3. To receive the Internal Audit Report for 2020/2021 from the Internal Auditor and consider any recommendations regarding reporting or processes (copy attached)
4. To review the AGAR 2020/2021 and recommend to the council that it be approved
5. To review the current Financial Regulations and make recommendations to the Parish Council for any changes.
