Speed Indication Devices
The Parish Council has funded the installation of 4 static Speed Indication Devices [SIDs] in Clifford. The data from the SIDs is reviewed at council meetings. It is also sent to LCC Highways Department who may ask the police to undertake enforcement action if excessive speeds are noted.

The council also owns, jointly with Bramham Parish Council, a mobile SID which is used in a variety of locations throughout Clifford. If there are locations in Clifford where you think it should be used please email clerk@cliffordparishcouncil.gov.uk
