This is your summons to the meeting of the Parish Council on the date above. If you are unable to attend, please notify me & send me any comments you wish to make on items on the agenda, in advance of the meeting.
1. To receive apologies and reasons for absence
2. Election and acceptance of office of Chairman
3. Election and acceptance of office of Vice-Chair
4. Crime Report
5. a) To disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 9-10 of the Members’ Code of Conduct. Also, to declare any other significant interests which the Member wishes to declare in the public interest, in accordance with paragraphs 13-19 of the Members’ Code of Conduct.
(b) To give notification of any changes in the Members’ Register of Interests
6. Public Participation: Each member of the public present may speak once for up to 5 minutes on any item. The council will take these representations into account when agenda items are discussed but is not required to make a response. The Chairman may direct that a question posed during this section may be answered by a member of the council, or by the clerk. This session will last for a maximum of 20 minutes after which members of the public will no longer be permitted to address the Council for the remainder of the meeting, unless specifically invited by the Chairman.

14. To review the insurance renewal schedule and approve the renewal quote of £1235.59.
15. To consider the request from St Luke’s PCC for allocated parking spaces at Northways for Church attendees.
16. Mobile SID. To consider issues relating to the use of the mobile SID including the recruitment and training of volunteers.
17. To consider having a Parish Council Stall at the Village Hall Open Day on 24 July 2021.
18. To approve a budget of £150.00 for an event on 22 June 2021 at Clifford War Memorial to mark the installation of the History Interpretation Board.

a) Decisions known or received:
20/06578 Partial demolition and extension of existing buildings to form a dwelling and construction of a new dwelling with landscaping and tree works at High Trees Nursery School, Cinder Lane. Approved.
b) To receive an update on Planning Applications considered by the Planning Working Group
21/03300/FU/NE Single storey rear extension 18 Lairum Rise Clifford
21/03375/FU Alterations including new wall and railings to front; single storey extension to the side; glazed single storey extension to rear; conversion of existing outbuildings to habitable room; new first floor windows to rear at 70 High Street, Clifford.
