Leeds Local Plan Consultation

Leeds  City Council has published the Leeds Local Plan: A Planning Framework for Development (2022–2042) – Issues and Options Document (Regulation 18) for public consultation. This Local Plan document outlines the Council’s proposed approach to planning policy and future development across the Leeds district up to 2042.

The consultation period runs from Monday 7th July to Monday 15th September 2025.
